Return Policy
To process a return or claim, please access our customer portal.
Online Orders:
- Watches Only

- We understand that a watch is a big purchase and it's difficult to know if it will work for you without seeing it in person, so we have updated the return policy to allow a refund of the original payment for watches that have not been worn. Once the protective film is removed from the bracelet and/or case, the watch is final sale.
- If you encounter any issues with it that are covered under warranty, we will provide a label for you to send it in for repair or replacement.

We would be happy to return any eligible item that has been unworn within 14 days of receipt! You can process your exchange or return right customer portal! You will be refunded your original amount minus shipping and a 3% restocking fee for domestic orders and 5% restocking fee for international orders (Shopify keeps the original transaction fee regardless of whether the item is kept by the customer) to a Gift Card.
All orders canceled before fulfillment will be refunded to the original payment method and are also subject to the 3% domestic or 5% international fee, as those fees are also retained by Shopify.

- Customers who purchase returns and package protection coverage at checkout and choose to return their product will have free shipping labels and protection against loss, damage, or theft. Customers not purchasing returns and package protection will be liable for shipping costs and loss, damage, or theft.
Non-returnable/Final Sale:
Items marked as final sale on product pages are non-returnable. These include footwear and items marked as final sale (often items already on deep discount, etc.)
- Watches
- Due to the inability to re-sell the watch as new, once the protective film is removed from the bracelet, the watch is not returnable. If there are any issues with it that are covered under warranty, we will provide a label for you to send it in for repair or replacement.
Starting your return or shipping claim
Important: Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by MR EATWELL. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund.
