I originally ordered a large in the pizza tee for a friend's birthday. The shipment was late and the tracking never updated from "ready to go" so I followed up asking about the status. Matt apologized and sent a new one as the first must have gotten lost. The shirt arrived but it was a medium and my friend's birthday was two weeks ago at this point. I emailed Matt letting him know what happened and he followed up with a call. We chatted for a little bit and he was great at fixing the issue and he was just nice to talk to. He mentioned that the pizza tee wouldn't be available in the large so he offered the hoodie instead (which is a markup in price but he was covering that cost). He also told me to keep the tee and now my husband is enjoying it. I love Matt's products and have several pieces of my own AND will continue to support his business because not only do I love what he puts out but I LOVE his belief and follow-through on customer service.
