Mr. Eatwell ("we," "our," "us") is a small independent watch business operated by Matt Eatwell. This page explains what personal information we collect when you visit mreatwell.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, e-mail helpme@mreatwell.com.

What we collect

• Order info: name, billing & shipping address, e-mail, phone number, and payment information when you check out. Card numbers are processed by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Account & communication: e-mail list signups, customer-service correspondence, and SMS conversations you start with us.
• Site usage: device, browser, referrer, and pages viewed. Collected via cookies and standard analytics.

How we use it

• To process and ship your order, including duties & customs.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To send order updates and (only if you've opted in) marketing e-mails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To detect and prevent fraud.
• To improve the site and product lineup.

We don't sell your data. Ever.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to actually run the business:

• BigCommerce — store backend & orders.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) — delivery.
• Klaviyo — e-mail marketing (opt-in only).
• Judge.me — product reviews.
• Vercel — site hosting.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we have on you. Reach out at helpme@mreatwell.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. California residents (CCPA) and EU/UK residents (GDPR) have additional rights — same e-mail, same response.

Cookies

We use cookies for cart persistence, login state, and basic analytics. Your browser lets you block them — most of the site will still work, but the cart will forget items between sessions.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "effective" date at the top. Material changes will also be e-mailed to active customers.
