These terms govern your purchase from and use of mreatwell.com, operated by Matt Eatwell ("Mr. Eatwell," "we," "us"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Orders & pricing

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel, we'll refund in full.
• Most watches ship within a few business days. If a configuration needs extra lead time, the product page will say so with an estimated ship date.

2. Returns & warranty

Unworn watches with protective film intact can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Custom orders and items marked final sale aren't returnable. Every watch is covered by a 2-year warranty on movement, dial, and hands. Full details on the Returns & Warranty page.

3. Shipping

• U.S. shipping is free.
• International shipping is a flat $35 and includes duties & taxes upfront, so there's no holdup at customs.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.

4. Intellectual property

All site content — designs, photography, copy, and trademarks — is owned by Mr. Eatwell or our licensors. You can't copy or commercialize it without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to commit fraud, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with how it runs. We can suspend accounts and refuse service for violations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mr. Eatwell's total liability arising from your purchase or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes that can't be resolved by talking it out will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
