Custom builds are paused.

I've got a bench full of watches right now, and the people waiting on those deserve a finished watch before I take on anything new. So I've closed custom requests for a while.

Every one of these gets built by hand in Portland, one at a time. If I take on more than I can build properly, everyone waits longer and the work gets worse. I'd rather clear the queue and do it right.
