I told everybody to go
buy from Amazon.

We shot this on the basketball “court” behind my house. No script, no agency, nobody saying “limited time only.” Somewhere in the middle of it I tell people that if they want a watch tomorrow and they want it cheap, go to Amazon. I meant it.

We’re a small crew in Portland. We build these a few at a time and I’m not going to dress that up into something it isn’t. More of these are coming, by the way. They’re not ads.

Halfway through, Fred jumps into frame. That’s the logo reveal — he’s not a mascot, he’s the logo, and he’s on every one of them.
